I believe that relationships are key to early childhood and building warm, consistent relationships is at the heart of what we do. In order to provide high quality care and education it is important to build collaborative partnerships with families in order to provide consistent care and to build on the knowledge and skills that children already possess. I respect children and thus believe that all children develop and learn at their own pace and I strive to and provide an environment where children can see themselves as confident learners. Where they have time and space to explore, play and learn. The curriculum will be centered around children’s emerging interests as well as developing skills and dispositions such as problem solving, empathy, persistence, curiosity, creativity, resilience and self-regulation.
